  • Booking Policies: All discounted stays are subject to our standard resort policies, including our 50% deposit requirement and 30-day cancellation window.
  • Age Requirement: Remember, we are an adults-only sanctuary. All guests must be at least 16 years old, and the primary booker must be at least 21.
  • Taxes & Fees: Discounts apply to the base room rate and do not include the 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax.
