Rates are based on single or double occupancy and subject to 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. Extra person charge is $20 per person per night. Minimum age to book is 21 years.

Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am.

A 50% deposit (before taxes) is required at booking with a major credit card. Debit cards will not be accepted. No fee will be assessed if canceled prior to 30 days of check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are subject to a 25% fee of the deposit amount. Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in, or determined to be No Call/No Show, will forfeit entire deposit. No refunds will be issued for unused room nights due to early departure.
